Boring Movie Descriptions Follow-up (text version)
Did you forget? Because I did
I forgot about my follow-up post! That means you all get an off-beat, oddly-timed article-hooray! Thinking back on my original article, there were no doubt a few things I could have done differently.
For instance, did you see the list?
It was a monster! If I decide to do an article like that in future, I'll break it up into smaller, more manageable pieces.
I had fun with this. Some of the descriptions are definitely funnier when you know the movie title. There were certainly a number of movies that would have been near impossible to guess. That's part of fun! Then we a wide variety of answers and potentially a bunch of new movies to watch. It's cool to get other people's perspectives. I will post a follow-up survey to get everyone's view on what worked and what didn't for the original article.
As a side note, I don't watch that many movies (compared to what I used to), and there was a movie I watched since the original article. It's called, 'Nobody' and I highly recommend it! 'Nobody' stars Bob Odenkirk (from "Breaking Bad' and 'Better Call Saul' fame). It was surprisingly good! It's about a relative nobody, somebody who does the same thing day in and day out. He ends up getting into a bit of mischief after being burgled by a couple of small time thieves. I originally found out about this movie from the following Note.
